On the morning of 25th November, the Primary Section held the head teachers’ ‘Home Visit Scenario Simulation’ competition in the joint classroom, which tested the head teachers’ communication ability by creating a home visit scenario. In the competition, all head teachers selected suitable situations based on their own teaching experience and grade characteristics, wrote home visit communication language, and helped parents solve the problems or puzzles in education, so as to realize the powerful cooperation between home and school.
On the whole, it is reported that this competition is a significant part of the fourth head teachers’ training activities of the Primary Section. Prior to that, we also held activities such as moral education experience exchange meetings, theme lectures, online observation and learning. What’s more, this training activity further promoted the improvement of head teachers’ professional quality and mutual learning among the teams, and provided effective help for the management of the head teachers in the future.
